Dialog windows inconsistency

Dear 3CX team,

First of all I wanted to let you know I’m very pleased with you offering this free plugin!

Then secondly, I do have a remark.
Considering the two dialog windows appearing when the chat button is clicked, either a chat agent being on- or offline.
The first div to appear has the id “wplc_hovercard”, the second one has id “wp-live-chat-2”.
Content is filled in under the tabs “Offline messages” and “Styling”.
What bothered me is that the content is shown twice, in both the first and second dialog window, so initially I hid the second same message.
But than I noticed that every ones in a while the first dialog isn’t being shown (wplc_hovercard). I can’t really reproduce it now, but it happened. And in that case the user doesn’t see any message besides “Leave a message” in case of no agents online or “start chat” in case there are.

So, my question really is, do you recognise this behaviour and if so, is there a way to change this.
