You are using a custom checkout template which is not compatible with Version 3.0+. Please navigate to Memberships > Settings > Pages and scroll down to the Custom Templates section – select the option to use the ‘Core PMPro Template’ for the checkout template and let me know if the issue persists. 2. You are currently using PMPro 3.0.3 however your levels and checkout page references? level=X while PMPro 3.0+ requires that the checkout page uses ?pmpro_level=X to avoid any conflicts with other plugins 3.
