   15000 payed users use this sitei would like
   to have to caches:1- none logged in users that have acces to restricted widget
   player (shortcode)2- subscribers plan that have full access and acces a common
   preloaded cache

 * for that you will need to enable ESI , but certain plugin/theme may not be compatible
   with ESI , you need to test around
