Different header for mobile version

    Hi!
    After extensive research online, I still can’t find the answer to my question, so I’ve decided to ask here.
    I built a website for a friend of mine, using the OneTone WordPress theme. Now, she very much likes the idea of a video header (it uses a youtube link), but, on mobile devices, the video does not start. It’s just a blank, empty (ugly) area.
    Someone showed me how to use styles.css to make the header not appear on mobile devices, but I was wondering if there is any syntax I can use to show a different header on mobile? Like a photo?

    I used the syntax provided, and now the header does not show on mobile. But I would like to add a different header for the mobile version of the website.
