 * External lightbox solutions will not work together with wppa+ when applied on
   slideshows. There needs to be an api interface to re-initialize the lightbox 
   after every slide change.
    This has been implemented for lightbx3 only.
 * This is why there is a wppa+ embedded lightbox solution.
 * If you do not need lightbox on slideshows, you can install an other lightbox 
   plugin and change the keyword to that needed for the specific lightbox in Table
   IX-A6 of the Photo Albums -> Settings admin page.
