 * Sadly either there are really a view missing files (functions.php, styles.css)
   or the install description (Install the plugin the usual way, and activate it.)
   is just wrong.
 * Can’t install the plugin because of the missing css file.
    But I searched and
   in the folder doesn’t exists a functions.php too.
