 * Hi, I need to put the data of the form submitted in a different tab of the Google
   Spreadsheet according to the value of a field inside the form.
    How can I do?

   Its simple On CF7 Page Click on Google Tab and write your google spreensheet

    I need 
   something more complicated.
 * I have 1 Google Sheet in which I want to put all the form submission
 * BUT
 * I have a datepicker in which people have to select their date of birth.
    So, 
   I want to fill in the Sheet this way. Example: Date of birth 12-10-1995 –> submission
   in the Google Sheet Tab “1995” Date of birth 09-04-2003 –> submission in the 
   Google Sheet Tab “2003”
 * And so on
