# Difficulty accessing admin

 * Hello,
 * When I click on the admin link of my homepage, I am directed to an index page
   that includes the parent directory.
 * How can I change that so I can go directly to the admin section.

 * Consider using [phpMyAdmin](http://codex.wordpress.org/phpMyAdmin) to make sure
   your `wp_options` table has the correct values in `siteurl` and `home`.
 * `siteurl` is your WordPress address (URI) and `home` is your Blog Address (URI).
 * You might want to logout after you do that.
