I just received THREE confirmation emails sent to the same address — which could be rather confusing/annoying to a casual user, and may cause them to unsubscribe.
By the way, I understand the reasons for having a separate support forum outside of ww.wp.xz.cn, but then other people who want to see the support history — if they are investigating the possibility of using the plugin, or attempting to research a problem they are having — lose all visibility to that information.

You received three confirmation emails because you confirmed three times. Normally you would only confirm once but because we had a brief outage this morning you did it multiple times.
We resend the confirmation email for each time you reply under the assumption that, well, you didn’t get it the first time so you are trying again. Email is tricky that way.

Ok, well, documentation, FAQs, etc are good, but having the support history available is extremely valuable to a potential or current user. If you were to provide that as well, then I would say “A+”. Without it…”B-“. Just my opinion.
