 * i want to export user from old to new website
 * but half of users signup from digits plugin and i cant import those with your
   plugin.
 * i give error “> skipped: cannot insert user without email.”
 * please give me a solution to import users without email and only with mobile 
   phone.

   copy the code snippet from **[here](https://gist.github.com/webtoffee-git/f0d737d9b956e0501b52c4dd91edf0dc)**
   and add it to the functions.php file of the theme or a code snippet plugin on
   your site, and try to import users.
