Hello.
When I protect a file with a password and make it public, when I try to access it it doesn’t even let me enter a password.
This didn’t happen before

Could you please clarify the issue in detail? Exactly what kind of issue are you facing right now? You can share a screencast using Loom or you can take a screenshot using Lightshot. This will help us to understand the issue correctly.

Hello, if this is the problem, I protect a file with a password and it appears “Direct Access disabled!”.

Previously, the screen appeared so that you only entered the password and it was downloaded.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, as of now in the free version, the “Direct Access Disabled” message will show only.

Alternatively, you can use the [wpdm_media id=file_id] shortcode as well.
