 * Hello,
 * We are using this option:
   “When a user clicks on “Directions”, open a new window,
   and show the route on google.com/maps”
 * It works well with the starting point that we added, but with the “Attempt to
   auto-locate the user” option, it requires location access from the user and uses
   the Zip code, which is not working correctly on our website.
 * The two options are not suitable for our customers and will cause confusion for
   them.
 * Can we make it just open the map URL without having a route (From – To)? This
   will make it easier for them to just check the location, and then if they need
   the directions, they will click on the directions button on Google Maps directly.
 * Thank you.

 * Hi there Osama, thank you for writing.
 * The plugin is all based around the idea that you have a start point from where
   you initiate a search, and you are shown the stores that fall within certain
   radius from that specific start point, so it is kind of an important thing for
   the internal use.
 * In any case, the start point is always going to be sent to the directions window/
   tab and it is going to be whatever point it was in the map. So, if the users
   are allowing the browser to track their location, it should be somewhat accurate
   from where they actually are, although it is far from perfect. But as for your
   enquiry.. no, it cannot be removed when opening the directions link, sorry about
   that.
 * Best regards,

 * Hello Farroyo,
 * Thank you for your reply and clarification!
 * Unfortunately, zip codes in our country are not fully compatible with Google
   Maps, which could cause the issue we mentioned earlier.
 * Would it be possible to leave the starting point field empty, allowing the user
   to select it manually?
 * I understand this might not be a current feature in the plugin, but we would
   greatly appreciate any assistance in making this adjustment. We are more than
   happy to discuss this if this requires additional payment.
 * Thank you!

 * Hi again,
 * Ok, I understand your issue. However, it is not possible to leave the start point
   field empty when clicking on the “Directions” link, and we currently don’t do
   any customizations, sorry about that. I will pass on the suggestion to the dev
   team so they can consider it as a new setting for a future release, so thanks
   for that!
 * Best regards,
