Directory Site Suggestions Needed

Hi! I’m creating a new website and I need for people to be able to submit a listing and be able to edit it later on. I need to be able to have these listings in a database table where I can import and export as well. I also need to be able to control what info the directory shows on searches and of course what fields the listing require when they set it up.

Any suggestions?
