 * hi guys,
 * i was wondering if there is a way to disable a plugin via PhpMyadmin? I installed
   user role plugin and now i cannot login as an admin anymore :s

 * disable the plugin by ftp’ing into your site, cd’ing into the wp-content/plugins
   directory and deleting the plugin file(s).
