# Disable all plugins?

 * I have a script, wpblogmail ([http://wp-plugins.net/plugin/wpblogmail/](http://wp-plugins.net/plugin/wpblogmail/)),
   which runs not as a plugin but in parallel to a WP installation. It’s recently
   developed an incompatibility with one of my plugins, spewing error messages to
   my subscribers.
 * I’d love to modify wpblogmail to disable all plugins when it’s run, but I don’t
   see a tag like this anywhere in the Codex. Is there any way to disable all plugins
   when a page/script is run?

 * I recall a discussion about plugins deactivation on the hackers list – it was
   in connection with upgrading I think – so their archives may be somewhere to 
   look?

 * Thanks podz. Archives there, but not searchable unfortunately. Started plowing
   through manually, but gave up. I’ll keep hacking at this.
