Also, it’s imperative to visit your Permalinks page after those changes. This is located in your main WordPress – Settings menu. You do not have to make any changes, rather, simply visiting the Permalinks page will “flush” and refresh all of the links on your website.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, please provide screenshots or a screen video showing where your link displays a donation form without being logged in to the site.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. All of the options are already disabled. I saved the page again just in case. Also, I updated the permalinks page too.
