# Disable caption hover function.

 * A year ago, the only way to disable the caption was via custom Javascript (via
   [this support page](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/show-caption-in-tiled-gallery?replies=11)).
   Is this still true? I would really like to show the captions of my tiled post
   at all times.

 * Yes. We haven’t changed the way Tiled Galleries handle captions, so you’ll need
   to use Javascript to alter the default behaviour and always display the captions.

 * Thank you. I delete a few lines of code from the Javascript to disable to hover
   function in the tiled-gallery.js file.
