Disable cf7-conditional-fields/js/scripts.js

    Hello,
    I’d like to know if there’s a way to disable
    cf7-conditional-fields/js/scripts.js
    and load it only on a specific page.
    I have disabled it using
    define(‘WPCF7CF_LOAD_JS’, false);
    but I can’t find a way to enable it.
