 * Hi, i have a problem, some of my plugin, load their css and javascript file in
   all page, too if it is not utilized in that page.
 * How i can disable/enable the loading of some code css and javascript page by 
   page?

 * Unfortunately, you haven’t provided much information about your environment or
   plugins that are doing this.
