Disable Mobile Theme?

    I’m on wordpress.com using Baskerville 2 and can’t seem to disable the mobile theme. Please help. I’ve tried disabling it under Appearance>Mobile but that doesn’t work. I’m assuming I need to use CSS, which I can do. Any help?
