Disable Mouse Wheel Scroll

Hi, I’m currently customizing Cool Video Gallery to suit my website, but I can’t seem to find any code that affects the mouse wheel.

Currently when I upload a gallery of videos and open one, when I scroll down with the mousewheel it goes to the next video. It does nothing when i scroll up.

I want to disable the mousewheel scrolling completely,

any help?
