# Disable multiple role

 * Can UM disable multiple role to the user?
   (i.g. If the member’s role is moved
   from role A to B, the user has both A and B roles. But can it be only role B?)
   I am using WooCommerce plugin and the user who purchases the product wants to
   be moved to next role, but the user has both old and new role.

 * The WooCommerce plugin assigns the “Customer” role to anyone who purchased something.
   This is not a problem because users in WordPress can have multiple roles. Ultimate
   Member uses settings from the role with the highest priority if a user has multiple
   roles. Just set a greater priority of the role assigned by the Ultimate Member
