Disable Preload Mode

    I am trying to uncheck this Preload mode (garbage collection disabled. Recommended.), as server is getting full, and site has become more static with less posts. Hence would like to utilise default garbage collection job.

    However, after uncheck it shows disable but once I come to Advance page Garbage collection shows preload mode is still on, to my surprise went back to preload page check box is still checked.

    Let me know if something I am doing wrong or this is expected behavior, kindly support.

    Hello @sumeetsinghal29,

    Can you confirm that you’re saving the settings after updating them? I know this sounds obvious, but it’s something to rule out. Also, are you running the most recent version of WP Super Cache?

    Also, please clear your browser cache after updating the setting. If this doesn’t help, try updating it in a different browser than you typically use.

    Have you added anything to your site’s .htaccess file that affects caching? Anything on your site that modifies WP Cron?
