That is indeed a valid point. We will add a setting in the plugin so the administrator can allow/disallow users from disabling 2FA.

I am sorry @nicitea but we do not give any timelines. However, we will try to fit it in the next update. I cannot tell you when exactly the next update is due, but as a rule of thumb we typically release an update every six to eight weeks.
