 * Hi, I would like to customise the disabled user message a user sees when they
   try and log into the website when their account is disabled.
 * I can see from the FAQ that there is a file “ja_disable_users_notice” that I 
   can use/edit.
 * Does anyone know where I can find this file to edit it?

 * It’s not a file, it’s a filter.
    That means you can call it from your functions.
   php inside your child theme and override the message with a custom message you
   want to show.
