But all already published comments will still show up on your site. Of course you can manually delete these comments via the ‘comments’ menu on the dashboard (normally it’s somewhere between ‘pages’ and ‘appearance’). Another way to totaly disable comments for this theme is to delete some lines in the comments.php file: from `
` on line 10, to `
` on line 28. But if you need later to reuse comments, you will need to re-edit this file.
