 * I am looking to disable certain admin options, but not the whole settings pages
   but certain options within that page. For example I’d like to hide “memebership-
   >anyone can register” option withing the Settings->General Admin Menu. Is it
   possible to disable certain form elements or do you have to disable the whole
   page through e.g.
 * `remove_menu_page('plugins.php');`
