# Disappointing when basic features don’t work

 * I understand that to get the best features you should buy the product, but I 
   never got an email reply to create an account (yes i checked i didn’t make a 
   mistake on my email), and even some basic features would not work. Sliding the
   image to change order does not work and I couldn’t tell from either the FAQs 
   or youtube demo if that is a paid feature. Even removing all the images and trying
   to add them in the desired order didn’t work. Also could not expand the side 
   blocks as shown in the youtube video. I’m looking for another Slider. Am happy
   to pay for pro versions if the free ones work.
