    Andrew – I am with Appnet and we have posted (via the support forum) several times and it’s been six days and none of your team is responding to our needs. The forum subject is “Memberships being cancelled”. Please see latest and respond. We have several clients that we’d like to use this for, but this unresolved issue is being ignored by support and we’d prefer not to burn this bridge and leave a nasty review.

    Your help would be appreciated.
