Discount Rules Not Applying

    Hi there,

    I wanted to purchase WholeSaleX pro and I have been working with the standard version in a testing environment, however, I have noticed discounts are not applied to the products, everything appears to be setup correctly. I am unable to display the discounted price and it doesn’t apply to the order despite the wholesalex role and rule being applied to my test account.

    It only applies to certain roles/rules, I have tested setting up a fresh role and rule but I can’t work with the plugin if it’s unstable and inconsistent

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Can you please share a screenshot of your dynamic rule?

    If you select all registered users, the rule will be applied to the previous users. For B2B, it will be applied to WholeSaleX B2B users. Also, I’ve checked the issue but it’s working fine here.
