discount settings adding a second rules group

    Hi there, If I am in discount settings adding a rules group all works perfect but if I add a second rules group it is not displaying the discount for that group.

    I’m pretty sure I am overlooking something but I don’t see what I’m missing here.
    I only use the “if customer’ and have the free version. Could you please help me out?

    Hello,
    Can you provide the screenshot of the discount you setup and the steps you followed to get the discount?

    Hi, Sure, It all did seem pretty straight forward, so first I created a list with the product ID’s and then I created the discount based on ‘if customer’ and then select the customer in the popup. That worked flawless but when I add a second rule it does not work I’ve tried both ‘Rules groups relationship’ options AND/OR and ‘if customer’ IN/NOT IN to be sure I wasn’t missing an option.

    Based on the screenshot, you’re trying to apply a discount if the logged customer is Shazad AND Brigit (which is not possible). What were you trying to do? Maybe I can help?

    I am trying to apply the discount to a selected group of customers, I’ve also tried the OR option because, like you said, that makes way more sense and it seems I messed up the OR and AND option. I am checking now all AND/OR.

    Got it! Replaced the ‘and’ with ‘add new rules group’ and tadaaa! Perfect, thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction.
