Hi @mewol,
I think you have reached the maximum number of files, you can take a look at their documentation here:

Thanks for your answer @duongcuong96!
That doesn’t seem to be the problem. 77.626 out of 262.144 files are used. Can I give you any more additional info to investigate the problem?
Cam on anh 🙂

hmm strange, maybe try switching to Tar instead?
Or you can try the following:
Split the big backup job into smaller ones. For example, create one job for database, themes, and plugin backup, and another job specifically for backing up the uploads folder.
Additionally, ensure that you exclude all folders that are not related to your site. You can create a separate job specifically for backing up these files. Also, exclude any folders created by other backup plugins to prevent duplicated files.

I splitted the backup into 4 parts. It works now, thank you!
But now the backups are in 4 folders, instead of one, in case the backup is needed. How to proceed now, if I want to use the backup? Do I just have to put all the files etc. of the 4 folders into one folder?
And also in every folder there is a manifest.json and a backwpup_readme.txt. How to proceed here? Because I can’t move them in just one folder because of name conflicts.
