Hello @alychef,
By default, the Job Listing page in WP Job Manager shows all active jobs posted on your site. However, if you want to display all job types by default without having to select them, you can change the “Category Filter Type” setting.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to “Job Listings” and click on “Settings”.
- Click on the “Job Listings” tab.
- Scroll down to the “Category Filter Type” option.
- Select the “Jobs will be shown if within ANY selected category” option from the dropdown menu.
- Save your changes.
By selecting the “Any” option, the job listing page will display all jobs regardless of the job type selected in the search field. This means that all job types will be shown by default on the jobs page without the need to select them.
Please note that this setting applies to the job category filter. If you have installed the Job Tags plugin, you can use job tags as an additional taxonomy to categorize and filter job listings. However, unlike category and type filters, job tags only support one selection at a time for filtering.
Hope that answers your question and I didn’t misinterpret it!
