We have this slider running in our lunchroom with the “News” posts. They are asking if it is possible to show events also from the “Modern Tribe” plugin

  • Hello,

Have you tried : post_type: [recent_post_slider post_type=”POST TYPE”] (ie added custom post type support where you add custom post. By default value is “post”)

    I have tried with:

    [recent_post_slider autoplay_interval=”99999″ design=”design-2″ category=”22″ post_type=”tribe_events”]

Please add these quotes (“”) manually because some time these create issue. if you copy the above shortcode and add in a notepad, you will see the issue 🙂

OR add the shortcode in WordPress editor TEXT tab.

    Yeah ok:

    [recent_post_slider autoplay_interval=”99999″ design=”design-2″ category=”22″ post_type=”tribe_events”]

Done that – not helping on the tribe_event issue…

Can You please share your website link?

The problem is that is is “locked” with a password because it is a internal website only for employees.

    SUCCESS:

    [recent_post_slider autoplay_interval=”30000″ design=”design-2″ post_type=”tribe_events”]

But I want Post and TRIBE_EVENTS

    Hello @domino4evers

    Sorry for Inconvenience,

At this moment this plugin works with only single post type.

    Thanks & Regards.
