 * Hi, is there a way to display the payment method on the invoice? We dont mind
   purchasing the plugin but does the premium offer this?
 * e.g. to show if it was paid cash or online payment

 * Displaying ‘Payment Method’ is already available in the free version. If you 
   don’t see the Payment Method field in the existing template, we suggest creating
   a new template and checking the same.
