Could you let me know what your widget settings are, so I can try to reproduce?

    Thanks!

    Of course:

    Title: none
Blog URL: thatpressedlife.com (tried adding the http:// but it didn’t change anything)
    Number of posts: 3
Open link in new tab, featured images, and show excerpts are all checked.

FYI my web admin took the widget down so that we wouldn’t have the blank feed on the site, but I just tried it again and it still wasn’t working

Thanks! I could reproduce the problem.

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

So now if someone else has the same problem, Jeremy, they are supposed to start all over because you took this to private email and negated the entire purpose of support in a forum.

@cappieq The Debug tests include some private information that you can’t really post on public forums. That’s why the Debug page includes a contact form, and not just a “Copy” button allowing you to copy data and paste it into a new forum reply.

If you’re experiencing issues with the widget on your end, do not hesitate to follow the same process, or to start your own thread here in the forums and let me know the URL of both sites, I’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can solve this without the extra debug info.

Your willingness to do the same thing with me doesn’t change the fact that a person searching for a solution to this problem, a problem that seems to be happening more than just once or twice, will get a hit for this thread that is marked “Solved” when in fact it does absolutely nothing to help any forum users solve anything.
