Your best option since you want to enable Required Field is to type a dot (.) without the brackets under Labels -> Change field labels:. Add a dot (.) to all the fields that displays an error message. When the error pops up they will only see a dot. If you don’t want to display a dot then edit the css and make the color of the dot something that looks almost transparent.
