I understand that the default sort order for displaying categories is alphabetical. How do I change this to my own defined display order in the Raindrops theme?

For Example
```
add_filter( 'widget_categories_args','my_categories');

function my_categories( $content ){
    $content['orderby'] = 'count';
    $content['order']   = 'DESC';

    return $content;
}
```
