 * The plugin seems to have started displaying the field names for fields where 
   no data is entered – eg VCard and URL. I don’t think it did that last week?

    Please get latest team manager plugin. I fixed the bug on 1.5.8 version

 * Yes I updated this morning to version 1.5.8, as you suggested.
 * Before the update the field names showed when there was no content.
 * After the update the field names showed regardless of whether there was content
   of not and the %tel% and %location% text appeared in all the fields.

 * Hi,
    This issue is not common. Please go to team>settings page And delete the
   content on the HTML Table text box. And hit save It should solve the problem
