 * Hello,
    I have CAD selected as the base currency, and CAD selected in the woocommerce
   settings under Currency Options, however the USD rate is displaying on products
   initially. I have the “Welcome Currency” set to CAD. I want it to display CAD
   when people come to the site, but to have the option to switch to USD.

 * After you done all your setting see your shop page in browser you never used 
   before, because USD is in session already and the plugin knows that you visited
   site not for first time and show you already selected currency even if you not
   select it – it was written there after installation and first clicking on save
   settings button… Send that link to friends for example to check functionality…
