Hello @zaragolecruz ,
I have checked your website and found some JavaScript error in the browser console (screenshot). This issue could happen due to your Caching plugin’s settings. So, I recommend you to disable the caching plugin temporary to check if that resolves the issue or not.
Let us know your valuable inspection.

Good day Benjir,
Thank you for the help. I already disabled the caching on our SiteGround Optimizer, but still the same :(. I figured out that when I set ANY Motion effects on any ElementsKit section/column settings, the elements are not showing up on any browser. Now I can see them all after I set all motion effects to NONE/default. How can I use the motion effects without using the ElementsKit? Or how can I see them working?? Thank you so much!
Best,
Zara
Hey @zaragolecruz ,
I have tried to reproduce this issue on my development environment using motion effects from Elementor on some ElementsKit’s widgets but couldn’t reproduce it.
So, I recommend you to navigate to the plugins details page on the useful links section. From there, open a support ticket at our support center mentioning this support thread. We will try to find out the actual issue from your websites admin panel and let you know the update as soon as possible.
Regards,
Benjir
