    Hello how are you guys.

A BIG SEO problem you have with your banner.

if you have EU website you obligated to put the DMA Link of Google Policy:

    https://business.safety.google/privacy/

    My website:

Has GDPR and from our check the link is “follow” and without rel – norefferr attribute (screenshot):

    https://ibb.co/ZRJNqVPY

Its a big SEO issue. i was thinking to remove this link, but i use GA4 so i must to put it to be 100% compliant. you must fix it guys… this thing move DR-DA to google and believe me, they have too much DA… you must change it to this:

    rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"

    Regards,

    Levi

    Hi @123nadav,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the detailed explanation.

We’ve raised this internally as an improvement, and our team is already planning to address it in an upcoming release so that the link behaviour is handled correctly.

In the meantime, there’s no action required on your end, and you can continue using GA4 while remaining compliant. Thank you again for the constructive feedback. It helps us improve the product for everyone.

    Hi @123nadav,

Thanks for raising this. The update that addresses the link attribute issue has already been released, so the DMA link in the banner now includes the appropriate rel attributes.

From what i see on my websites, nothing changed… look:

    [ redundant link deleted ]

    Screenshot:

Where is the “Nofollow” attribute? and norefferr????

This is a big big SEO issue, you pass all the DR Juice from my business to google, and believe me they have a lot, they not need anymore. at least give an option in your Online APP to set it to nofollow.

    Hi @123nadav,

Thanks again for checking and for sharing the screenshot.

It looks like the update wasn’t published on your plugin instance earlier, which is why you were still seeing the old link attributes. We’ve reviewed it on our side and the issue is now resolved after publishing the latest changes for your banner configuration.

Please clear any site/cache plugin/CDN cache if active, and check the banner again. You should now see the correct rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" attributes applied to the DMA link.

If anything still doesn’t look right or you need further adjustments, please let us know.

Yes, I saw it this morning on only one website. On the other websites, we needed to access app.cookieyes and re-save the banner.

By the way, the LiteSpeed Cache plugin does not cache the banner, we have excluded it long time ago.

The caching issue is coming from your CDN, so this is something that needs to be fixed on your side.

You should configure a more frequent cache refresh. If you automatically clear the cache for all clients every day, it could help.

Also, this caching issue from your app can cause bigger problems on websites. I recommend configuring an automatic cache cleaner for your CDN. This way, you can ensure that all your clients have proper banner display and that your updates take effect immediately whenever changes are made on your side.

Another problem i found is another IMG HYPERLINK with rel=”nofollow noopener noreferrer” to your website:

    https://ibb.co/pBcJ6CFX

I understand its free version, but as i said, its not fair to take all the SEO Link juice from your clients.

And you don’t really need this juice, you are very well known company (you are one of the must 3 strongest companies in the market for cookies blocker) you must to understand the impact of this thing is very critical, for example, i have 115 pages. your banner showing up on any page. its mean you take all the Authority from my website and funnel it to your website.

You already has Domain Rating of 92… its like Facebook, ww.wp.xz.cn and all the strongest ones:

    https://ahrefs.com/website-authority-checker/?input=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cookieyes.com%2F

Please if you can fix it as well, you help your client a lot
