DMARC issues

I have attempted to properly set up my DKIM and SPF on my GoDaddy DNS record. I still get DMARC reports that the SPF fails on 176.9.183.xxx where the xxx represents various numbers. My newsletters and emails are not being delivered in every case.

I have read the info regarding how GoDaddy can duplicate items, but that is

NOT

the issue.

I continue to get DMARC reports that state fail at 176.9.186.xxx. Please help with this item
