# DNS Error – Server cannot be found

 * Hello guys,
 * I have a problem installing the template from the trafficgeyser.
 * When I am installing that template, there is an error coming out
 * This is the error
 * Cannot find [http://www.residentialinvestmentproperty.co.uk/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme](http://www.residentialinvestmentproperty.co.uk/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme)
 * DNS Error – Server cannot be found
 * So then I cannot proceed with the installation. It always failed.
 * What do I need to do with it?
 * Could someone please help me about this?

   03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

 * Broken Themes
    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must
   have a stylesheet and a template.
 * Name Description
    Stylesheet is missing.
 * Here is another problem.

 * Are you able to access the server for which your WordPress is installed? If so,
   you will need to create a folder named “uploads” and make it writable.
 * If you don’t have access to the server then you need to contact your host and
   ask them to do this for you.

 * Yes I am but the problem is that I think the template is not supported by wordpress.
   It has a lot of pages and elements.
