# DNS Error – Cannot Find Server

 * Hey guys,
 * I purchased [http://www.palavalli.com](http://www.palavalli.com) few days ago
   at Name.com and as soon as I purchased the domain, I pointed the nameservers 
   to my host Cactus Internet as I always do. I then installed WordPress 2.9.1 in
   the root folder and the website started working instantly.
 * I logged into my WordPress administration console and setup the entire blog with
   a new theme, plugins and more. It worked absolutely fine. However, the following
   day, I started getting ‘DNS error – cannot find server’ as the message when I
   tried to access my website and this continued throughout the day. I opened the
   website using a US proxy and it worked perfectly and I’m in India.
 * The next day, after clearing my browser cookies and so on, it worked again and
   now, it stopped working again. Strangely, it seems to work in the day and later,
   I get this DNS error. Would anyone know how to solve this? There is no issue 
   with my host or with Name.com where I purchased the domain. I have other websites
   hosted on my host in the same account as I can have many domains in one account
   and they work.
 * Also, the URL is palavalli.com and it doesn’t say [http://www.palavalli.com](http://www.palavalli.com).
 * Please help me with this.
