    I have added new txt records several times, buh the verification is still not going through for 2 days now.

    my SSL certificate has expired and I’m trying to renew it, but the DNS verification is not working for me after so many attempts.

    @bentike You seem to have added wrong values in DNS TXT records. Please use RESET option of WP Encryption once, re-run the SSL install form and add the correct TXT records to verify successfully.
