# Do I need Multisite ?

 * I’m a little confused by the Multisite “Network” concept. I have an existing 
   site for my business, up and running fine. I now want to set up a personal site,
   mainly containing photo galleries. I have the domain names and webspace, all 
   with the same host (1&1). There will be little, if any, interaction between the
   two sites, and I’m happy to administer them separately. Can I/should I simply
   set up my personal site as another WP installation ?

 * Yes – I would recommend installing another copy of WP. Multisite isn’t appropriate
   if you do not want to the 2 sites to be perceived as part of a single entity 
   in some way.
