# Do multiple blogs on same server require multiple WordPress installations.

 * I am running multiple blogs on the same server and all have unique urls. Do I
   have to install the WP app in each seperate site folder or can I install it once
   at the root level on my server?
 * I understand that each blog will require a unique wp-config file but are there
   any other files required to have a unique use in each site folder?

 * Yes, every Blog is unique. If you are hosted on a unix server, install WP in **
   each domain’s root** (not “public_html”) for best results.
