Hello @florinika
Where exactly is the problem? This is intended; the tables will be duplicated but prefixed by a separate table prefix so that the live and staging site will never interfere with or affect each other.
A modern mysql database can handle gigabytes of data and thousands of database tables. So I and 70.000 other users really don’t see any problem here.
If you accidentally broke something by a user error, you can contact us, and we will help you to get it sorted.
All the best
René
I would like to add.
You can always go to “wp staging > sites > actions > Delete” to delete a staging site and all database tables associated with it. After that, the entire database will be exactly as it was before.
