Have you created a new topic here in WP.org support forums? We would be happy to help you with the issue. There are several factors for a failed restoration, for us to find out we would need a copy of the restoration log. You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP. Please copy the contents of the log into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link in the topic.

Using Google drive as a remote storage didn’t work for me. But I managed to fix the issue using Ftp.
